Cris Dobrosielski

Cris Dobrosielski is an author, motivational speaker and nationally recognized expert in fitness development, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. A Massachusetts native, Cris found himself drawn to water and competitive sports after his father died suddenly when he was 9. After Cris found comfort training with a group of local lifeguards, competitive sport has been a vital part of his life. Cris is now a four-time Masters World Life Saving Champion, a three-time U.S. Masters National Champion and 13-time Southern California Regional Champion. In 2013, he also earned his third National Championship title in the Run-Swim-Run. In addition, he also coaches a variety of adult and youth sports, and has helped thousands of individuals accomplish their goals and maximize their potential. A 25-year veteran of the health and fitness industry, Cris has been featured as an expert on CBS Nightly News and several regional media outlets in Southern California including NBC7, KUSI, the CW, and the San Diego Union-Tribune.  He also contributes regularly to California Surf Life Saving Association Magazine.
