James Nicholson

ACE Personal Trainer

BRONX, NY

As a teenager, James Nicholson underwent three separate surgeries to his hips and knee. Following those surgeries, he suffered from chronic pain, which inadvertently prevented him from engaging in physical activity. Once he reached 70 pounds overweight, he decided to change his life. He sought the services of an ACE certified Personal Trainer and nutritionist, who helped him lose weight and discover a new passion. A licensed massage therapist, James now owns Evolved-Fitness LLC in New York City, where he serves clients before and after rehabilitation therapy, before and after pregnancy, and those affected by a variety of special conditions and injuries. He uses TRX®, kettlebells and other equipment to help his clients maximize efficient movement and reach their goals.
