Ken Weichert, better known as “SGT Ken,” is an award-winning international speaker, six-time U.S. Army Soldier of the Year and highly decorated combat veteran. Ken has trained over 500,000 servicemembers and civilians through Operation Fit to Fight, and he has written over 100 articles for GX, Backpacker, Outside and Health magazines. Ken also created the Operation Family Fit video series and fitness kits for the Air National Guard. Founder of the longest-running boot camp fitness program in the United States, START Fitness, Ken has also starred in several best-selling fitness videos. He has received the 2011 “Best New Presenter of the Year” award from Canadian Fitness Professionals, and he was most recently named the EMPOWER 2013 “Male Presenter of the Year.” Ken has been featured numerous times on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News, and he continues to host the Fit for Duty show on the Pentagon Channel.
