Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, is an internationally recognized performance-enhancement coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, author and speaker who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He is founder and creator of the prestigious Fitness Quest 10 and Todd Durkin Enterprises in San Diego, CA, where his team focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sports performance, nutrition, physical therapy, and chiropractic. Todd is a two-time Personal Trainer of the Year (IDEA, ACE) and has received numerous other industry accolades. In addition to serving as head of the Under Armour Performance Training Council, Todd has trained dozens of professional athletes including NFL quarterbacks Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers, former NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson, Olympic Gold Medalists, MLB players and a host of others. Todd’s facility, Fitness Quest 10, has been named a Top 10 Gym in the United States by Men’s Health; he has also appeared as an expert for 60 Minutes, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Business Week, Prevention and countless other media outlets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from The College of William and Mary, and a master’s degree in exercise and nutritional science from San Diego State University.
