Jill Brown

ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach

Los Angeles, CA

In her nearly two decades of fitness training experience, Jill has touched the lives of thousands of people by helping them improve their quality of life through physical activity. Her goal is to inspire, motivate and empower people to find their inner strength and connect it to their bodies. Co-inventor and owner of Ab Assist Plus and the vice president of education and a master trainer for Core Stix, Jill was involved in a traumatic car accident in 2003 that nearly paralyzed her from the neck down on her right side. Following the accident, she also discovered she had spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. Despite undergoing a serious spinal surgery, Jill was determined to teach group fitness classes again. Now, years later, she keeps her spine strong with Pilates, and continues to train clients in one on one and group settings. Based in Los Angeles, Jill is now in the best shape of her life. She teaches indoor cycling, a barre fusion class she developed called Barre Code, cross training and more.
