Luscious tropical fruit topped with creamy coconut milk and crunchy pistachios is a simple yet delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 16 slices ripe mango, pineapple and/or papaya
  • 4 teaspoons “lite” coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Cooking Directions
