If you thought children were weak, this video showcasing two young and incredibly strong children from Galati, Romania might help change your mind.

Seven-year old Giuliano Stroe and his five-year old brother, Claudi, seriously may be the world's strongest children, as the video reported by Yahoo stated. Get ready to be amazed:

For decades, many believed it was not safe for children to strength train, but research has shown that when it follows guidelines, youth strength-training programs can be safe and effective. There is no minimum age requirement to begin, either.

While it may be safe for kids to strength train, it's also important to avoid overtraining. It's important to keep exercise and training fun when it comes to working with youth, ACE Fitness Expert & Exercise Physiologist, Jessica Matthews, said. It's important "to ensure they are engaging in activities that they enjoy since that will set them up for a lifelong habit of physical activity," she said.
