Seven Days of Training on My Way to ITU Worlds in Henderson, Nev. on Nov. 5 -- Day 5

Wednesday, October 12

5:45 a.m.—Arrive at the ACE headquarters and gym with my bike and trainer at hand for some well, uncomfortable, intervals. That's where some techno and "angry" music comes in really handy.

This company cares about wellness and the gym is free for all employees.




7:00 a.m.—Another 20 minutes-t run and I’m done for today. Well, my desk is waiting upstairs. Nothing energizes you like an early-bird workout, and of course, coffee….
