A pregnant woman’s body will change more in nine months than a man’s will in his entire lifetime. In this video training, Farel Hruska, pre and postnatal fitness expert and mother of three, will explain how training this very special population can have profound effects on the mother’s health and her baby's experience in utero, with potential lifelong affects for both.

This course was excellent! The presenter was clear and engaging. The pacing, slides, and examples were just right. We don't often think to go find the latest guidelines for exercising during pregnancy, but this course covered it perfectly. Also a good reminder to keep abreast of that information and where to go to find it.
