If you're a note taker like me and a visual learner take this course. This course gave me actual take away points. There's a recording of two great instructors in front of a PowerPoint slide and a visual food demonstration.

The 3D Approach to Finding Nutritional Balance
|Provider:||ACE - American Council On Exercise|

When you consider that 45 million Americans each year spend $33 billion on weight-loss products, it’s easy to see that people are searching for ways to drop fat and attain better health. The problem comes in the old adage that “calories in,” “calories out” is the way to go. In this course, led by registered dietitian Justin Robinson, you’ll learn why that principle is outdated and how weight management is actually related to three factors: our intake, storage and output. Participants will also explore an updated perspective on what it takes to lose body fat, increase lean body mass and reduce risk of disease.
You will learn:
- How nutrient density and caloric density influences energy intake
- How to regulate hormones that control fat storage
- The most effective energy expenditure exercise methods
- Practical nutrition recommendations to incorporate into your practice
Good discussion between guest speaker and the facilitator. The facilitator asked meaningful questions to fill in the small gaps
