This was a great webinar course for yoga instructors who want guidelines for options for an all levels vinyasa class. I appreciated the sequencing as well. Though I think it is geared more towards less experienced teachers as most of it was review for me, though there were some helpful hints and the layout was nice and simple for me to follow and refer back to.
