Reviews
Very good intro to class design using excellent safe cueing. Appreciate the inclusive language that focuses on the movements and application within the class to assist the clients in achieving their goals.
Opens one’s mind on how to better incorporate yoga in fitness training
The instructor shares her knowledge with energy and enthusiasm! I love how she moves from the slides to the model and back. As trainers we all are constantly having to progress and regress with individuals within a group setting or with private clients due to physical strengths or limitations. Movement is medicine and the more we learn about how we can build more inclusive classes...the better!
