Easy to listen and learn from also easy to relate...good course

Excellent

It was based on the 2015-2020 guidelines. Current guidelines are 2020-2025. Outdated

I thought the information was very helpful. It felt a little redundant at times, but I learned a lot about the history of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans!
