Boot Camp 2 by Moms Into Fitness is a fitness DVD for moms. It offers 6 different core workouts, meant to be used as a progression post-pregnancy. The instructor, Lindsay Brin, offers modifications for conditions such as diastasis recti as well as concentrating on the pelvic floor. Also included on the DVD are 6-10 minute cardio and toning segments. These can be mixed and matched to fit moms new schedule. Warm-up and cool-down are emphasized as well as 3 different levels to follow according to moms fitness level.
It includes a variety of exercises to keep the body challenged. The 8-week program can be used as a natural progression as mom slowly gets back into the swing of her routine 6-8 weeks after giving birth.
