Reviews

All of the speakers were pleasant and appeared to be knowledgeable trainers, but overall, I didn’t find this course to be particularly valuable. It may be more beneficial for someone who is older or completely unfamiliar with using technology, but for anyone with a basic level of tech competence, it might feel like a waste of time. They very briefly touched on using different platforms to host virtual training sessions, incorporating music, and how these elements can vary depending on the platform—but they didn’t actually explain how to implement any of it. I would have found the course much more useful if they had gone into more detail on those topics. A large portion of the discussion (I think it's a stretch to call this a course) focused on topics where the answers felt like common sense to me—for example, what to do in the event of a technical difficulty. While it's good that they mentioned it, the advice was fairly basic (like staying calm and resolving the issue quickly), and I don’t think it warranted the amount of time they spent on it.

I would have liked to learn tips to make sure audio quality is good, especially when playing music and talking at the same time.

A lot of good information for someone starting out.
