Great program for training athletes who are in good shape and interested in a performance-based program that progresses with them. I was a little disappointed that the main content did not talk about how to modify the exercises for less fit/special populations. It was addressed during the questions, but does not really help me very much as a specialist in senior fitness and working toward my women's fitness certification.
