Ari Langinkoski, ACE-CHC, ACE-CPT, is the founder of Nordic Health Academy (NHA), an ACE International Education Partner based in Helsinki, Finland. NHA is Finland’s leading private education provider for the health & fitness and healthcare sectors.

Ari is passionate about empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes and believes in the transformative power of professional coaching. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise Medicine at the University of Eastern Finland, with a research focus on best practices in health coaching. His recent study, Health Coaching 2.0, explores the effectiveness of modern, structured coaching methods.

Recognized as one of Europe’s leading experts in health coaching, Ari currently chairs EuropeActive’s Technical Expert Group, which is developing pan-European standards for health coaching education.
