They also assist in the development of continuing education and execution of public outreach efforts aimed at helping people live their most fit lives. Senior Advisor, Health & Fitness
A nationally recognized health and wellness expert, Chris Freytag is an accomplished blogger, author and motivational speaker. With ACE Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach certifications, she has been training and teaching classes for more than 20 years. Freytag is the author of “Move to Lose” and a number of other books. She has also written numerous articles on health and fitness and serves as a contributing editor for Prevention magazine.

Senior Advisor, Health and Fitness Education
Jessica Matthews is an assistant professor of health and exercise science at Miramar College and adjunct kinesiology professor at MiraCosta College. She serves as a contributing editor for Shape magazine and contributor to CNN and The Washington Post. Matthews previously held the roles of exercise physiologist, certification director, and senior health and fitness editor for ACE. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in physical education and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach.

Chris McGrath is the founder of Movement First, a New York City-based health and fitness education, consulting and training organization. Drawing on more than 20 years of fitness and coaching experience, McGrath specializes in sports performance, injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, and lifestyle and wellness coaching. He consults for some of the most successful organizations in the world including ACE, Functional Movement Systems, TRX, Reebok, EA Sports Active and numerous others. McGrath holds a master's degree in exercise science, a bachelor's degree in health education, and he currently serves as an adjunct professor at Long Island University in Brooklyn.

Natalie Digate Muth, MD
Senior Advisor, Healthcare Solutions
Natalie Digate Muth, MD, MPH, RD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, and ACE Certified Health Coach. She is the author of "Eat Your Vegetables and Other Mistakes Parents Make: Redefining How to Raise Healthy Eaters" and has contributed to multiple ACE textbooks and manuals.

Jonathan Ross’ "800 pounds of parents" inspired his fitness career that has garnered him two awards for the Personal Trainer of the Year Award (ACE and IDEA), recognition as a fitness thought leader and media expertise for Discovery Fit & Health. His book, “Abs Revealed,” is a modern, intelligent approach to abdominal training. A former astronomer, Ross likes to say that he used to study stellar bodies—now he builds them.

Ted Vickey is president of FitWell LLC, an international fitness management and design company serving corporate America, and the fitness and golf industries. His spent 11 years as executive director of the White House Athletic Center. He has collaborated with the Department of Commerce, Fruit of the Loom, Osram Sylvania, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and also spent six years as vice president of Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. Vickey holds a doctorate degree in technology and fitness.
