What you get is a short PDF to read. The video goes through some exercises. I thought I would learn more general information about biomechanics and ways to scale any exercise for obese clients, and how to work specific joints or muscles taking into account size considerations. There really isn't much to this 'course' for the $30 I paid. Glad it was at least on sale.
