very knowledgeable, liked that presenter discussed all 3 areas, though as a registered dietitian I am very away of scope of proactice as a perosnal trainer vs my RDN degree. I was surpised to see that ACE would perpetuate alkaline water. Most research shows no benefit whatsoever because our bodies lungs and kidneys regulate our pH and it can only vary .10 or will have possibly deadly consequaences. There is very little research indicating the alkalnie water can have any health benefit.

Helps your senior clients recover.
Liked the kettlebell and barbell SMR (massage) techniques. It would be great to have more of those! Water intake measurements and body types are confusing. I think this CEC can improve by having a "how to implement into your class" section. This would help me use the most relevant information for my strength training classes.
Very informative, will also help with my Pilates instruction. Thank you!
