Liked all of the info in this module - even the questions at the end were helpful!
I was not a fan of this at all. Very, very basic. I train at multiple facilities and have done small group training for years. I was hoping to get more insight into programming (athletic ideas, plyometric ideas, cross-fit ideas), this course was the exact opposite. If you are a beginner and don't know what small group training is or how to read group dynamics, then this is for you. For those advanced in the industry, I didn't enjoy it.
