Incorporating circuit training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) drills into group fitness programming can produce positive results if applied safely with proper structure and progression for all participants. In this course, featuring insight from ACE Certified Professional Pete McCall, MS, you will learn to challenge class participants’ speed, agility, reactivity and flexibility with challenging and engaging workouts based in sports conditioning. Learn the types of drills that comprise a sports conditioning workout and how to organize them in a way for maximum effect based on the skill levels of your class participants.

I felt the narrator was stumbling over his words because he had to get this all in under an hour. Also, it would have been helpful to have more photos and examples of Workouts. Overall, it was not very interesting.
