Moving Together for Better Results

You know the great feeling you get when you help one client achieve their weight management goals. Imagine the satisfaction of helping multiple clients reaching their goals together. Small group classes can lead to fantastic results since they promote accountability and empathy among group members. Research also shows that group dynamics can increase program adherence, leading to more sustainable results. For optimal success in lifestyle change programs, behavior change principles are key. By utilizing behavior change techniques to capitalize on group dynamics, health and fitness professionals can design successful and easily replicable group weight management programs.

In this video training, fitness industry veteran and ACE Certified Health Coach Angel Chelik will discuss how group dynamics can positively affect results for your clients in group settings.
