Catering to Clients with Low Back Pain

With 80 percent of all Americans suffering low-back pain at any given time in their lives, trainers can have a tremendous impact on helping millions prevent and manage back pain. The more you know about the muscles, nerves, bones, joints and other structures of the spine, the more credibility you’ll have with existing clients, and the more opportunities await.

Here are the facts about back pain (as reported by the American Chiropractic Association):
•    About 31 million Americans suffer from back pain at any time.
•    Most cases of back pain are not caused by serious diseases.
•    The simplest daily movements can cause painful episodes.

The good news is that with a regular exercise routine, your clients can avoid weakness and stiffness, reduce recurrences of pain and cut the severity and duration of future episodes,

ACE’s new live webinar “Catering to Clients with Low Back Pain,” hosted by ACE’s Senior Health Strategist and trained chiropracter, Dr. Adam Bordes, on April 2 at 9:00 a.m. (PST) gives you all the critical tools you need to help your clients prevent and manage back pain.
