I have been a practicing certified Personal Trainer for 20+ years and a certified Medical Exercise Specialist for 16 years. I have owned my own company since 2003. We specialize in exercise prescription and have developed a very good reputation in the region. We work very closely with physicians, physical and occupational therapists, medical specialists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to name a few. Our specialty includes post injury and post rehabilitation exercise programs prescribed by medical and sports fitness professionals but we also continue with personal training as well.
