Hello, I am a former Div. 1 collegiate volleyball player & college coach who now owns Agers In Condition LLC, a health and wellness and personal training business in Columbus, Ohio. I have been in business since 1999 and have held the ACE Personal Training Certification since 1995. I am experienced and have trained many people of all ages over my 30-year career. I hold specialty certifications in functional training, senior fitness, nutrition, posture and balance. Presently, I train clients in the comfort of their own homes and I love my part-time work as the Fitness Director at a 3-tier retirement center in Columbus, Ohio. I have two degrees in health and exercise science from Morehead State University in Kentucky and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, respectively.
