Katie is an ACE certified group Exercise Instructor since 1988. In addition, she has been an Intuitive Eating Coach and specialized in teaching adults over 50. She earned her ACE Orthopedic Specialist Certification to increase her knowledge about working with her older students. In 2015 she became an ADDCA Associate Coach & now is an ADHD & Life coach who coaches adults, teens and newly diagnosed persons with ADHD & ASD.
