Called Out, LLC is a faith based walking and kayaking service for women, children, seniors, and people with special needs. We offer knowledge, encouragement, and hope. I am an ACE Personal Trainer who also has teaching, group exercise, brain injury clubhouse coordinator, and fitness ministry coordinator experience. I hold a K-8 Ohio Teaching License, Montessori diplomas in ages 3-6 and 6-9, and certifications in Early Childhood Graduate Studies, Red Cross AED/CPR/First Aid, YMCA Group Exercise, and ACE Fitness Nutrition. I love Christ and the beauty He creates in His people and outdoors. I am available to walk, kayak, or train together on trails, through neighborhoods, at churches, and on the water in Southwest Ohio.
