Marvin Williams - I am transformational professional who partners with clients to optimize their personal health and wellness to make meaningful changes in their lives. I partner with other certified health professionals to enhance group health coaching experiences with nutrition, sleep, and optimal exercise to promote longevity and wellness. I coach from youth to active agers seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. I am unique coach who can work 1:1, corporate settings, small group and virtual presentations by facilitating safe environments for a client to examine not only their habits but also their relationship to the aspects of their lifestyle that affect their wellness (mind/body/spirit). While I enjoy sharing my sports experience and multifaced success to help youth perform better especially in sprinting and mobility, I pray to inspire hope and life for all my clients.
