I am a Sam Houston State University graduate with my B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology. I currently hold the certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED/FIRST AID, Acute Stroke, Blood-borne Pathogen and as a Unified Sports Coach through the National Federation of State High School Associations. I have a passion for general health and wellness as well as improving fitness and managing disease (such as hypertension and type II diabetes) through physical fitness. The joy of clients overcoming obstacles and becoming stronger both physically and mentally is my main focus; as the mind leads, the body will follow.
