About
I work at the intersection of functional fitness, nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and integrative health, helping clients rebuild strength, mobility, physical confidence, and resilience in a way that is sustainable and specific to their body. My approach is individualized and rooted in physiology, functional movement, and the understanding that the body changes with age, injury, stress, activity level, environment, and season. Programs are designed around the individual’s structure, movement history, current capacity, lifestyle, and pre existing conditions rather than trends, aesthetics, or standardized exercise templates. No two bodies function the same, and training should reflect that. Through my Seasonal Vitality approach, I also consider how movement needs, recovery, sleep, daily routines, activity tolerance, and physical comfort may shift throughout the year. Rather than expecting the body to perform exactly the same way every day or every season, clients learn how to adapt intelligently while continuing to build strength and capacity. I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck, whether from injury, surgery, inactivity, chronic tension, reduced mobility, deconditioning, pain related movement patterns, or approaches that have not produced lasting change. Particular attention is given to adults who want to remain strong, mobile, capable, and physically independent as they age. The focus is not simply on exercising more. It is on understanding why movement has become difficult, inefficient, restricted, or uncomfortable and then creating a progressive strategy to improve function. This work integrates corrective exercise, functional strength training, mobility, stability, breathwork, somatic based movement, balance, nervous system regulation, and recovery strategies. Movement may incorporate principles from functional fitness, personal training, Hatha yoga, somatic education, and adaptive movement according to the needs of the indivi
