Originally from France, I am now based in Seattle and work with clients all over the world. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, WA. as well as an ACE Certified Health Coach, Diabetes Prevention Coach, Weight Management Specialist, and Behavioral Change Specialist. I help adults who love to eat, lose weight and avoid diabetes without giving up the foods they love. Together we work on healthy eating, active daily life, stress reduction, sleep, and self-acceptance. I also educate the community by offering talks, workshops, and classes to help busy adults establish healthy habits now and for the rest of their lives!. It's not a diet. It's not a workout.
