Cody "Dr. C" Arvidson has too many degrees! However, she is the resident sports psychologist for all Rogue athletes as an ACE Certified Personal Coach (N527939), a Fowler-Wainright Certified Professional Coach, and a trained counseling psychologist. Dr. C understands that fitness and sport acumen are not always about the physical aspects of performance but also the mental scripts and thoughts occurring within athletes' heads. Dr. C is available to help athletes condition as well as overcome those thought processes that lead to loss of focus or fear of performing higher-level skills and to provide personal training to any parents and family members seeking Rogue Fitness.
