About
My goal is to help people move better, feel better and live better and to maintain independence as long as possible. I primarily specialize in Older Adult training, rehabilitation, pre / post surgery training and helping people gain and maintain strength, balance, stabilization and mobility throughout the aging process making everyday life activities easier and safer. I put a lot of emphasis on strengthening the core muscles and work a lot with functional movements that indiviuals will perform on a regular daily basis. My oldest client is 100 years old and I have some ex athletes in their 40's and 50's that want to remain strong despite having injuries. I work with people that have or have had Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Heart attacks, Strokes, Osteoporosis, joint replacements, knee, shoulder, back, abdominal and ankle surgeries or issues and more. I train clients at their homes to make it easier for this population and I bring any and all equipment needed. I am a former athlete. I boxed competitively for 10 years and played several other sports in high school and throughout my life.
