The course was okay and clearly outdated. The most shocking aspect was the exam questions, some of which weren't covered in the lectures at all. While it's reasonable to expect some general knowledge questions, these were not of that nature. For clarification, yes, I passed.

Reviews
I found the panelists very professional and knowledgeable. They gave great tools and advice on how to get started especially for those that don't know which of the many roads to take. I recommend this course to every trainer out there, even if you haven't yet thought about going online. Great step forward and gets you thinking about your day to day clients.
I am very motivated to create a dedicated space to provide weekly on-demand workouts. This class was very helpful and opened my mind to possibly doing one-on-one online sessions, in addition to on-demand (my favorite method to film) upon request. If a client asks for additional clients outside of my on-demand filming, I hope to get a professional method set up, so that I am ready to coach them exercise by exercise. I do love filming pre-recorded workouts, as well, so I am hopeful and excited to see what I can provide to the industry. I love fitness and movement and workout writing, so I would definitely dedicated my whole day to this work if I can make it profitable to provide for myself, while helping others.
