This course lacked a good connection between current services and fitness technology. It seemed more conceptual than practical to me. I had a very difficult time staying focused. It may be better for new to the fitness business people but if we're already in business more detailed examples of technology adaptation would be much more valuable

I loved how knowledgeable Lauren Shroyer is on this course and topic. She speaks from experience and is very up front with the pros and cons of the business and how to stay on your toes. Of course we still have to do the work and build our micro-niche, however she does show us the steps that are needed to take to make it to your destination more successfully!
