When it comes to implementing exercise routines, the focus is too often on the “what,” when it should be focused on the “why.” In this ACE LiveClass led by Justin Robinson, a Registered Sports Dietitian and the co-founder of Venn Performance Coaching, we will take a 3-dimensional approach to the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) Model—moving away from focusing on the types of exercises to include and begin focusing on the strategy/approach to exercise selection.
You will learn:
- Tools and exercises for efficient and effective movement assessment, program design and exercise instruction
- How to assess, develop and implement individualized exercises for clientele
- How to develop a periodization plan and “skeleton” models for ease of implementation
- What it means to take 3-D approach to exercise variety and progression
