Take an in-depth look at the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) Model, which provides a blueprint for personal trainers to design exercise programs that improve posture, movement, flexibility, balance, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, and strength for all types of clients, from beginners to athletes.
This 12-course package was designed to help you understand the 4 Phases of Training within the ACE IFT® Model as they relate to aerobic and anaerobic training, behavior change and movement.
You will learn:
- How to better engage with clients to achieve optimal results
- The value of programming more efficiently for cardiorespiratory and strength training
- How to program for a variety of fitness levels, from beginning exercisers to elite athletes
This is a great program for those new to the personal training world!
A pretty length course, but I learned some new things that will help me when developing plans for my clients and how to progress my clients through out their time working with me.
A good refresher of t.he basics and reminded me of a few things I had forgotten.
