Fitness Professionals' Guide to Sports Nutrition and Weight Management (0.4 CECs) - Helping your clients reach their health and weight loss goals requires more than fitness instruction alone—nutrition is a critical component. Learn the basics of sound nutrition and weight management, and understand the acceptable scope of giving nutritional advice as a health and exercise professional.

You will earn CECs for each individual course you complete. If you have previously earned CECs for any of the courses in the bundle, you will not earn credits again.
