You’ll learn latest information in fitness nutrition and learn how to stay within your scope of practice as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, health coach or medical exercise specialist.
Fitness Professionals' Guide to Sports Nutrition and Weight Management (0.4 CECs) - Helping your clients reach their health and weight loss goals requires more than fitness instruction alone—nutrition is a critical component.
