Information was great, exercise active demonstration was great! I LOVE the posterior chain and the functionality of feet! Great teacher!

This class was informative, interactive and included exercises that will be easy to implement with clients of all fitness levels,

Very informative. Full of useful, applicable information.

The presenter was excellent. The video taping did not always show the power points that Lauren was referring too. A copy of the power points would be helpful if this presentation is going to be used as a training tool. Lauren Shroyer was engaging, passionate and a learned presenter.
