In Fundamentals of Sports Performance, you will learn how to implement a training program that will guide athletes to peak performance. The course covers the basics of athletic performance training, including mind-body agility, functional athletic movement, various assessments and more. You will also learn the information and skills needed to get started in the business of training competitive athletes.
