Developing power can help your athlete clients change directions more fluidly, absorb force more efficiently, and improve dynamic flexibility and acceleration, in and out of the game. In this webinar, led by Strength and Conditioning Coach and ACE Health Coach, Jay Dawes, you’ll review how movements including the snatch, clean and jerk can improve performance in athlete clients. Discover how proper sequencing and practice can help develop power and add variety to training programs. You’ll also discover assessment practices to help determine whether those movements are safe to incorporate.

  • When to implement power training in exercise programs, and variations for clients with specific restrictions

This course mostly contains progressions for the clean and the snatch. There is very little infomation on proper technique for these lifts. The quiz for the course is hilariously irrelevant.

Training taught here is something most; if not all athletes need to do to enhance his or her Strength training regime.
