I have BS in Psychology, and a lengthy academic history and research experience regarding the implications and effects of exercise on mental heath. I have to say- this video was horrible. Not only was it incredibly boring and hard to follow (the topics were all over the place) but there was a fair amount of misinformation. The speaker didn't have a background in psychology, which was obvious. I also noticed a few statements that I personally found to promote an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, rather than the opposite - which was the intent of the video.
