The ability to generate explosive muscular forces rapidly in order to accelerate, change directions, and then re-accelerate over relatively short distances is essential for athletes seeking a competitive edge. In this webinar, led by ACE Master Trainer Jay Dawes, Ph.D., former director of education for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, you will learn to develop a progressive speed and agility program that establishes a solid foundation and understanding of movement to help athletes maximize their potential. You’ll also discover how to teach proper mechanics and provide appropriate feedback based on the level of athlete you are training.
