Lisa Federico Health and Wellness Professional. Hello! A few things you might like to know! I earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Univ of MD and I have been working in the Health and Fitness field since 1983. I earned my Health Coaching certification through the highly respected Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). IDEA, a well-respected training and educational organization for fitness professionals, recognizes me as an Elite Personal Trainer. Although Personal Training is not a licensed profession, I am required and happily submit to earning continuing education credits to maintain my credentials and keep up with the ever-changing world of health and fitness. As well, I am a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I belong to Yoga Alliance, the most reliable trade and professional organization maintaining high standards for yoga teachers. I am trained in the TRX strength training excellent method consistently challenging strength and balance of the whole body.
