My goal as a personal trainer is to design and implement exercise program which are challenging, creative, safe, fun, and stimulating. Using various physiological, strength, and fexibility assessments, a client's appropriate level of fitness can be determined. Based upon on each clients level of capability and their goals, we can conduct an individidually tailored program to meet their objectives. As higher levels of fitness are attained and specific goals achieved, we will continue to introduce changes in modality and technique to maintain the highest levels of interest, fulfillment, and adherence for each client. I work with clients who are highly skilled athletes to aging clients who need help maintaininin or regaining functional body movement and balance. Strength training, weight control, nutrition, attanable goals, adherence and accountability are all part of the program. A proper asessment of posture, flexibility, Body Mass Index, weight, % body fat, strength levels, and aerobic endurance are taken to use as baseline markers for a person's fitness levels and to help determine realistic goals within specific time frames in order to avoid frustration and maintin adherence and achieve desired results.
