Rhea has helped young athletes overcome muscle imbalances and injuries and has aided them in excelling in athletic skill. She has helped numerous people lose weight, tone muscles, heal joint pain and improve athletic performance. Her experiences have led her to take a holistic approach to fitness, drawing on her knowledge in many traditions to look at her clients as whole persons. She has a national certification in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Sports Specialist and Yoga. She is also certified in The Corrective Exercise Biomechanics Method, TRX, RIPPED, Partner Assisted Stretching and has taken numerous courses on training special populations and older adults, core strengthening and athletic conditioning. She has an athletic background in Temple Kung Fu, Mixed Martial Arts, Cross Country running and Olympic Weight Lifting. She also has a background in Performing Arts, Alexander Technique and Chi Kung
