About
Hey there! My name is Jeremy Housel, and I’m a certified personal trainer located in Dallas, Texas. My passion is helping people get into the best shape of their lives and become overall healthier, happier people. I grew up in Iowa and first discovered my hunger for working out at the age of twelve, when I lifted weights for the first time. I started working out twice a day—once in the morning before school and again after school—and continued this pattern for years. It was all I wanted to do. Little did I know where my passion for working out would lead me… In 2008—after becoming a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and moving to Dallas—I got my first job as a personal trainer at a local big-box gym. This opportunity gave me two valuable years of hands-on learning. I’m now thirty-two years old and have been happily running Jeremy’s Training since 2010. I've learned a lot about exercise and nutrition since first stepping into a weight room twenty years ago. It's this experience and knowledge that I look to share with all my clients, in order to help them achieve their fitness goals as efficiently and safely as possible.
