Bender Training Foundations

This course is designed to give the instructor the necessary foundations of the Bender training system. Including,postural analysis and why, corrective exercises that are designed to be utilized in both personal training and group fitness to promote better movement patterns. You will learn all of the necessary tools to help students understand their postural deviations and why. the bender method provides a much safer method to core training than traditional floor crunches that can lead to lower back problems.
